Our dishes

Our dishes are selected from the local shopkeepers of the Butte de Montmartre that I consider to be the best, whose products’ origin is controlled and from whom I personally buy.

Bread: Boulangerie Raphaël elected second best Traditional Baguette in 2013 and Label Rouge identified
Cheese: Le Cellier de la Butte refines its fine cheeses but also produces other delicatessen products
Delicatessen: Boucherie des Abbesses, a magnificent butchery of exclusively French meat
Grocery: Epicerie des Environs, low carbon footprint, all these products are organic or natural less than 200 km from Paris
